As pioneers in the field of medical science their audience are surgeons, and their teams, operating at the highest level of life saving surgery. Our challenge was to develop a more sophisticated and effective way to connect with these customers and keep the engaged. Not easy when your dealing with time-poor professionals. We developed a email platform and program designed to work harder in those rare moments of downtime.
