The challenge

Fidelity Personal Investing has one of the largest subscriber bases of everyday investors, publishing daily market news and outlooks to their website, with content direct from investment teams and live news feeds from third party sources. Our challenge was to build a marketing automation programme that emulated this approach, and broadcast daily investment news to their subscriber list via email. However, this needed to happen in a fully automated way, with streamlined internal sign-offs.

The solution

Our solution was to develop an application, highly innovative at the time, that took a smart approach. Our technology automatically scans daily website up-dates, 'scraping' live news feeds, to create a fully designed and relevant email – only needing human interaction to sign-off.
