Challenge 

Mölnlycke Health Care required a new way to assist their sales teams to present their products in situ within hospitals, surgeries and procurement departments. Sales teams are unable to take their laptops into these locations because of the stringent sanitary conditions necessary in these spaces, so presentations on iPads are a necessity. Furthermore, the company had two new products to showcase, Mepilex XT and Exufiber with this new approach.  

Strategy

Mölnlycke Health Care utilises a CRM called Veeva, designed for the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries, which syncs with a Salesforce database.  

Digital healthcare agency Embrace therefore needed to build a Veeva integration app that would allow users to present easily and capture data and insight simultaneously. 

 

Results 

Digital healthcare agency Embrace is the first agency to create an app for Mölnlycke integrating with Veeva, using HTML5 and CSS. It delivers structure around content, allowing users to rate the client’s response to their presentations, synchronising data with Veeva for Mölnlycke Health Care.  

As a result sales teams are then able to run reports and follow up through Veeva in a highly targeted way. These unique ‘showpads’ are now being created for different territories and the presentations translated into 12 different languages across the organisation’s global sales teams.
