Delivering web strategy to suit a unique set-up

Challenge

We were approached to create a web strategy that would support the company's planned business transformation. The website brief encompassed 12 investment companies, a corporate website, a number of secure client areas and marketing microsites.

Solution

Through workshops, market analysis and interviews we were able to prepare a web strategy to meet both the business and client requirements. We then balanced design across all the websites, creating sub-identities for the various companies within the Hermes master brand. We built a 'hub and spoke' architecture for users to access and browse through the site, allowing visibility of the whole Hermes family of interlinked boutiques.

Results

The websites have been exceptionally well received and continue to support the business expansion. Having helped with the global roll out for the institutional business we are now adapting to support efforts in the wholesale and DFM markets.
